The day you have your first child changes your life for the better. It is a person’s biggest pride and joy to become a parent, and you learn so much in the process. Most learn that parenthood is having the wildest hopes and dreams for not only yourself, but for the precious little ones in your care. It is spending all your energy loving the beautiful soul you get to call yours.

Natural Light Newborn Photography

Our photographer Traci Dianne, was blessed to spend a day with this wonderful family and their sweet new girl. Mama reminded us so much of the new joys that come with the birth of a new baby, including being overwhelmed with love. As you can see in the photos, she couldn’t keep her eyes off this little angel. We took most of the photos in the nursery using natural lighting, and it turned out beautifully. We know that this little one is going to be blessed in a loving home with amazing parents that will nurture and care for her indefinitely!

Newborn Photo Shoot at Home

At Photography by Jodi Lynn & Co. We know just how hard it can be to leave the house for 3 or 4 hours with a newborn, so our in-home newborn sessions are a great alternative to the traditional newborn portraits taken at our Arizona studio. Additionally, a lifestyle newborn session has the convenience of having all of a client’s belongings at our disposal. So it’s not a problem if, halfway through the session, mom thinks of another baby outfit he wants to include or dad wishes to change into a different shirt. Another reason to consider an in-home newborn photo shoot is if you missed out on that “perfect” newborn portrait window, when baby is between 2-10 days old. Having a slightly older newborn for this session just means you’ll have some super-cute, wide-eyed shots or darling facial expressions.
