If you live in Arizona, you’re a pretty lucky duck! Not only do we have amazing winters in the valley, the lush northern forests are a great way to cool off in the summer, and beach access is only a half a day’s drive away. Thankfully not only the weather is fantastic, but the scenery is pretty phenomenal too! Which makes being an Arizona family photographer a pretty fantastic gig. Here in the valley we are surrounded by desert, and Jodi Lynn has some locations that she loves for those who want to embrace Arizona with desert family photos! This type of location is perfect for an active, outdoorsy family, or if you just want to make your East Coast family super jealous of your cute family portraits (and our wonderful Arizona weather) when those annual family photos go out!

The Keegan trio picked a gorgeous outdoor location right here in the Arizona desert for their super cute outdoor family portraits! We had a blast doing a little bit of hiking and playing to create some adorable desert family photos. This the THIRD time we’ve worked with the Keegan family! We have thoroughly enjoyed working with them; from their beautiful maternity portraits to baby Andrew’s adorable newborn photo shoot, this picture perfect family is always a favorite of ours!
