Natural Light Indoor Couple’s Portraits

When Wendy got in touch with Jodi Lynn and Traci they couldn’t wait to photograph her and her husband. After being married for 20 years Wendy wanted to have a fun and flirty session and our natural light studio was the perfect backdrop! With our beautiful bedroom set we were able to capture their amazing chemistry. Wendy and her husband had a great time and couldn’t control their love and laughter throughout the entire session!

Arizona Bridal Photography

We recently shared the bridal portraits that Jodi Lynn captured at the Luminary workshop hosted by Daniel Kim (which you can view here if you missed it!). We love the beautiful locations that Arizona has to offer, but we also have a Tempe portrait studio that makes a lovely backdrop for bride and groom portraits as well.  Arizona bridal photography is such a great trend that we all love, and couples choose this option for so many reasons! Perhaps you didn’t have time on your wedding day to create intimate and creative portraits together, maybe you are eloping, or your wedding was years ago and you want a creative way to celebrate a special anniversary or vow renewal.

Indoor Bridal Portraits

Our lovebirds this week chose an intimate indoor bridal portrait session prior to their elopement, how sweet! Our associate photographer, Jackalyn, captured their “First Look” in our beautiful natural light studio. Bride and groom portraits are all about the connection and love that two people share, and there is nothing more beautiful than love! Arizona Bridal Portraits

At Photography by Jodi Lynn, we focus on creating beautiful and timeless images for our clients, and while we do not photograph weddings, we absolutely love Arizona bridal portraits! A beautiful bridal session is a perfect opportunity to get back into your wedding attire on a stress free day, and create  truly stunning images that showcase your own unique love. Beautiful bridal portraits have also become increasingly popular with elopements and uber-trendy small and intimate weddings that don’t require traditional wedding coverage. The best part is that there is no expiration date for Arizona bridal photography sessions! Whether your wedding is a year away, or happened years ago, there is never a “wrong” time to get dolled up and rekindle that wedding day bliss!

Some of our clients also (cheekily) refer to these as “Trash the Dress” sessions, but no worries ladies, no need to literally trash the dress! 😉 What we really mean by that, is that since it’s not the actual wedding day, it’s wonderful to be able to capture more amazing and timeless images when we don’t have to worry as much about getting a little dirty in the beautiful Arizona landscape.

Bridal Film Photography

One of Jodi Lynn’s creative passions is film photography, and recently she had the pleasure of attending a film workshop led by fellow photographer, Daniel Kim. Film photography has experienced a comeback, and we couldn’t be happier! In recent years so many apps and actions have been sold to recreate the look of this photography process, while we still have access to this amazing art form at our fingertips. Jodi Lynn has a great love for film is always focused on learning and growing to continue to provide the best experience and product for our clients!
